My name is Ali. I trained in textiles at the Mackintosh School of Art in Glasgow, Scotland and taught art for over 30 years.
My interests lie in the area of embroidered, knitted and printed textiles of all types. I have recently experimented with printing and stamping techniques, digital ideas and new media for design. I have not used watercolour extensively but have taught the techniques to others. I hope this course and technique will inspire some new ideas in my practice.
