Ambra Lolli

My name is Ambra Lolli and I am from Sardinia (Italy).
​ I believe I am everything I want to be when I want to be.
​It took me a while to allow myself this freedom, but I realized that I don't want to define myself with characteristics that could limit my being. I believe that each of us is many things and can be much more than what he/she is.

I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. Drawing for me is a way to get in touch with my deepest self. Besides being a therapy, it is also the only time I "give myself permission" to get lost. When I draw time stops and my mind lives in the here and now.

I am an extremely controlled person, I have spent part of my life trying to overcome my limits. I have always hated languages but I have a bachelor's and master's degree in Chinese. I studied and worked in China. I lived in Venice, UK, China. I did it to prove to myself that if you want you can, and that the human mind has no limits.

Today I can tell you that true wisdom lies in recognizing our limits because each of us is equipped with them. Having them doesn't make us weak, recognizing them makes us stronger.
​ And so instead of living a life proving to myself that I could do it, in recent years I have decided to dedicate myself to what I really love: design and fashion.
