Although the tools and processes have evolved over time, the essence remains the same: giving life to the inanimate. Today, two main forms of animation coexist: handmade animation, heir to frame-by-frame manual work, and digital animation, which takes advantage of technology to expand the limits of what is possible. This article proposes a journey through the differences, commonalities and values shared by both paths.
