As a consultant, trainer and coach, I support organisations in designing contemporary, people-centred management and leadership tools. From the perspective of identity-oriented management, I shape processes and programmes for the development of modern working environments. For this, I rely on my experience as a freelancer, manager and partner together with my academic education in the fields of communication, business administration as well as work and organisational psychology.
