Bernice Faure

My name is Bernice Faure, I am a 57 year old woman residing in Durban, South Africa. After watching my Mother suffer terribly with dementia I took myself off to study dementia. I now hope to teach the world that this awful disease is preventable with dietary and lifestyle changes. Diet is a huge part in ageing without disease and although my cooking skills are relatively good my platting skills are not, therefore I am hugely excited to get cracking with this course.
