Ich kann diesen einzigartigen Kurs nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr künstlerische Herangehensweise an die kulinarische Dressur, modern mit der femininen Note von Chefkoch Jodi Moreno. es eröffnet allen, die das Lecker mit dem Schönen verbinden wollen, beachtliche Perspektiven. der unterricht wird mit viel dokumentation angereichert.
