I am a lady aged 59 who has a great passion for baking. I have tried to go for cake decorating courses and I have paid large sums of money but I still feel that I am not very confident with my work. On the other hand I just feel that if I do this full time I will not be able to succeed so I feel hopeless and had just decided to call it quits. I love what I do but I feel that I have not got enough knowledge in decorating cakes. When I am decorating cakes I feel that whatever I am asked to do will not come out so sometimes I just make excuses. I am not confident enough I know I can do it but it is the confidence. I am smart and I love being with people.
