As a kid I was drawing several hours every day. It was quite expressive, violent and I guess most if all it was a kind of therapy. As a teenager I started painting and playing the guitar and bass. I formed a garageband just When grunge came around. I also enjoyed writing a lot and for many years I rarely drew anything. Now that my kids are growing up and I have more time to spare I once again dive into that free space of painting and drawing. And how grateful I am for the possibilities to learn new ways through the internet. My main inspirations are cartoonists such as Hugo Pratt, Jacques Tardi, Comes, Matthias Schultheiss, Los bros Hernandez.
