Thank you so much Adriana for this wonderful course, which I have enjoyed very much, although it was quite a challenge for me. I did not count the number of times I watched the videos, started the samples, let them to the side, returned to them again, almost gave up, but then I looked at your beautiful sample again and realised how much work was involved, so it gave me confidence to carry on.
I choose my own design, because doing just knots was going to drive me nuts, and I don't know if I would have finished the project. As I do not have any programs such as Procreate or similar, I used a vintage illustration, which I transferred on the fabric with a light box. The fabric is a raw cotton ideal for watercolor painting. I then used techniques learned in previous courses. I imagined the little girl was wearing an elephant mask for a
carnival or a part, hence the cords made with the Japa mala knots. My idea was to hang the heart of the lotus flower, because it reminded me of the Chinese paper lanterns, but I made two attempts, but didn't manage to make this lovely round ball (I need more practice). To finish the project, I took my acrylic paints and mixed them until I reached the shade I wanted to paint my hoop. All in all, I am delighted with what I have learned, and I will certainly use what I have learned in a future project. Thanks again for a great course.

@mamocho_07_1 Mulțumesc mult. Pentru fustă am folosit punctul Trellis (învățat la cursul: Ilustrații de broderie din acuarelă pe ață de la Gabi Goitia), apoi am umplut punctul Trellis cu punct leneș de margarete și noduri franțuzești.

Un proiect foarte frumos, într-adevăr!
@bluepicnic Mulțumesc mult, dar am mai puțin merit pentru că nu am făcut întregul proiect al traseului. Pentru centrul florii de lotus 🪷, am încercat să fac mingea mică de câteva ori și nu a arătat prea bine. A fost un traseu dificil, dar unul foarte interesant.
Petalele au fost un lucru foarte important pentru mine.
Proiectul tău este special pentru că este al tău și asta înseamnă mult merit. Felicitări!

@amilcarblanco7 😆😆 Mulțumesc, multe mulțumiri. Am trișat puțin folosind vopsea ca să umplu proiectul meu. Mă scotea din minți să fac toate acele noduri! 😆 Totuși, a fost un curs interesant. Sper că ești bine. E cald aici, din fericire marea e foarte aproape. Nu prea brodez acum. 😎
Ei bine, nu cred că a fost o capcană, din moment ce a fost un succes deplin, deoarece i-a dat piesei tale mai mult farmec.
Ei bine, și pe aici se udă foarte tare, Madridul e foarte uscat și e un pic mai suportabil, ei bine, nu prea mult hahahahaha
