I learnt to sew and knit from my mother, and a love of arts and theatre from both my parents. Most of my arts career has been in theatre, but in the background, always sewing, knitting .. and then crochet, embroidery (which I mostly taught myself), a little drawing, writing poetry, singing and dancing, and I did 7 years training in psychodrama.
More recently I have had a home business making embroidered meditation cushions for people.
I have been working as a life drawing model for nearly 20 years.
But my main work these days is community work and activism in response to the climate and ecological emergency.
