Alexandra Kovacs

2018 I have joined the group of Urban Sketching Vienna and started my artist career with live sketching in the city and museums.
2021 I have completed a Drawing course by Iva-Schach-Miechtner. I have focused on expression and characteristics of the model, often just sketching with a couple of quick and firm lines.
I have started portrait painting in the atelier of Krassimir Kolev in 2022. Also I have joined courses of Andy Nabong in the VATA/ Vienna to study traditional oil painting.
Since then I continuously learn and experiment with colors, patterns and mixed media, mainly portrait painting. Recently I have turned to illustration, trying to draw catchy, expressive images.
