Josefina Fernandez

I'm a Chicago-based fashion illustrator originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
As an illustrator, I have worked with brands like Dior, M Missoni, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, David Yurman, Diptyque, Adobe, LaCroix and Lexus among others. I was a Brand Ambassador for Princeton Brush in 2019.
I started drawing at a very young age and was fascinated by the idea of creating different possible worlds through my drawings.
I graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires as a Fashion Designer, where I also taught for a year. I draw inspiration mostly from my global travels (Japan is my favorite), runways, the street style I see in big cities, movies and nature.
My favorite techniques are watercolor, gouache, artist markers and digital. (mostly Procreate)
I love keeping a sketchbook to document my travels and daily musings.
