My name is David McNicholl I have been working for almost 20 years in the audiovisual sector, most of them as a director and editor for film, advertising and TV.
I have started my professional career at Telson in Madrid, in the promotion department of Disney Channel and Via Digital. I have been part of the team of TV Shows as “El Hormiguero” and “Vaya Tropa” and in fiction series as “SMS” or “La Fuga”
In 2007 I’ve founded my own production company En directo Ideas and later Suspiria Producciones, working for films and music videos for Spanish artists such as LOS SECRETOS, NACHA POP, PIGNOISE, LA MUSICALITÉ, SORAYA, LYS PARDO or MERCEDES RUIZ.
I am really an experimented editor, an I have worked with the most important clients and directors. I can edit in every software of the market *Avid, Final Cut Pro and X, and Premiere(
As a director I can say I’m not a "first division" but I had the oportunity to work with clients as Telefónica, Línea Directa, San Miguel, Icex, Digital Plus, Axa, ONCE, Gamesa, Cruzcampo among others, and agencies as YOUNG AND RUBICAM, WUNDERMAN, BASSAT OGILVY or DDB.
