“We have reached the end. Now is the time to review everything we have seen during the course. I ask for your patience when carrying out your project, to think that the process is very laborious. După ce a absolvit facultatea de design industrial la Universitatea Jorge Tadeo Lozano din Bogotá, Diana a decis să exploreze designul dintr-o perspectivă mai experimentală, studiind diferitele calități ale materialelor ieftine și obișnuite, cum ar fi hârtia și cartonul, și dezvoltând modalități simple de a le transforma și de a le oferi o nouă valoare și utilizare.
Natura și animalele sunt foarte prezente în opera Dianei Beltrán, pe care o explorează la nesfârșit prin intermediul meșteșugurilor din hârtie.
Lucrările sale au fost expuse în Europa, Asia, America Latină și Statele Unite, unde a participat la expoziții de grup și individuale.
