I expected a little more that's not covered on youtube (spherical molds etc) , except for the popcorn packaging, which was completely new and awesome.

I agree with @andreawolfes , is a great course, just need a bit more disings.

Well explained but would have liked to have other design forms (such as spheres) included, not only 3 flat squares. Was a little disappointed by that.

Excellent course! I'm an experienced chocolatier, however even someone with no chocolate experience can learn from Kai. She is a phenomenal teacher - so clear and concise and easy to follow. I just love her! I hope she does more classes - would sign up in a heart beat :-)

Thanks for this great course. I'm always looking for interesting ways to do chocolate and this lesson was right on target. It's great to see how food and art combine.

Kurs bardzo precyzyjnie przedstawia sposób działania z czekoladą oraz prezentuje ciekawe pomysły na jej barwienie i tworzenie nowoczesnych połączeń. Dla mnie ekstra :)
