I am a self-taught chef. Originally from the mountain state of Utah,I have worked on sail and power charter boats in the Caribbean along with my husband for 30+ years. My cooking skills evolved and improved at the same time I have sailed and entertained guests on a busy charter boat. Stories of adventures along with serving up great food are the stories I hope to share with readers.
