I live in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I come from Croatia.
I like to paint and create in mixed media. I like to use collage, water colors, pastel, acrylic...everything. I learn spanish, domestika “two in one” (learning new techniques and improving my spanish).
Four things influenced on me the most...i can think of..
Since i grew up in the communist country (ex Yugoslavia) where the biggest guy was Tito and his pioneer “Titovi pioniri” (children from age 6 till 13), uniformed in white shirts and blue skirts (girls) or blue pants (boys), with obligatory red triangle scarf tied up over neck and small blue boat hat with red star, the second big thing were “Sarah key” stickers to collect (cute illustrations from Holly Hobbie of cute girls in romantic dresses, hats...), the third thing was New York City where I had my grandma and spend holidays.. fourth thing was and still is Adriatic see, snorkeling, fishes,...in fact: big contrasts throughout my childhood : communist symbols on one side and New York City on the other....
And I am probably the only living person painting tito’s pioneers...(the one on my brand logo)
