Nancy

I'm a soon to be 68 year old grandmother who has always loved to create. Most of my artistic endeavors have been in the fiber arts. I used to raise sheep and learned to spin their wool into yarn, which necessitated learning to knit. I also became quite skilled at needle felting, specializing in custom creations of people's beloved pets. I also enjoy photography, again specializing in animals. I have never attempted to learn to paint! I hope to use watercolors to paint beautiful birds (my own as well as wild ones) and my dogs. I would love to one day write and illustrate a book for my youngest grandchildren.

I'm back a year later and can enthusiastically say that I LOVE watercolor painting!
