This is a great course, the teacher is inspiring, knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. It is really helping me fine tune my ideas for my cook book and keeping me motivated :)

This is a wonderful course for interweaving family stories and culinary gems. I had been working on my own cookbook for a while and always felt something else was missing. This instructor really brings all of this to life and offers a beautiful new perspective. Well done!
