Time flies... but I have found a tool with which I capture moments to remember everyday : my sketchbook Carnet de gratitude <3

There are many reasons to begin journaling with illustrations, I have given mine in the previous entries but I would be very happy to hear about yours, and to browse what you decide to share of your life.

If you are new to sketchbooking and journaling, I recommend Kate Sutton's Domestika Course "Illustrated Life Journal : A Daily Mindful Practice", that's how I began.

    Als ik naar deze meesterwerken kijk, speel ik graag een spelletje "welke pagina is mijn favoriet?" maar dat is altijd onmogelijk. Fijne verjaardag!!! Het ziet eruit alsof het geweldig was. En je man is ook zo slim ;) zijn potichathuis klinkt geweldig! (Het uitzicht in je hoofd is perfect!)

    @robocat Oh! Dankjewel ❤️ Ik zag de illustratie "Inside your head" op social media en was zo gefascineerd dat ik mijn eigen illustratie moest tekenen. Net zoals toen ik de jouwe zag in de cursus (ik heb me ingeschreven maar heb het nog niet bekeken). De Potichats vinden dat mijn man hele goede catificatie-instrumenten bouwt, maar dat hij het niet vaak genoeg doet!😆
