Artistic Naturalistic Drawing wtih Pencil

I drew along with the course but ended up skipping the dark background because I had gone fairly dark already with the images.

I like using mechanical pencils, so I use a Pental 8 multi pencil and range of Tombow 2mm leads from 4H to 4B. The paper is Strathmore Bristol 300 with a vellum surface.

I then tried a design on my own. I enjoyed trying something new and combining realism with creative design elements. Thank you for teaching the course.
