My project for course: Designing Kawaii Worlds: Spread Joy Through Illustration

I wanted to overall have the colour scheme be a bit more pastel and pink but with other colours to add contrast and life. It felt like the outer area was a bit bare initially so I turned the four big love hearts into balloons and added more smaller love hearts to fill up the space and emphasise the cute, girly vibe. The green love hearts and part of the boat were initially pink but I decided to create contrast and incorporate the strawberry feature into the work a bit more as it felt quite central.
Thanks for this course! I learnt a lot that I will utilise in future. :)
