My project for course: Realistic Human Figure Drawing

Some final comments on my project:

1. This is a thorough course and Diego covers a lot of useful information. I really enjoyed all sections, thank you!

2. I believe if I used a better quality paper like Stonehenge Legion the results would have come out a bit better. The Strathmore Sketch paper is a bit lightweight for repeated erasing.

3. When using pencils to begin the rendering of form, if the pencil has a B grade anywhere, I only use them for the darks. Here I started with a 4B for all the darks. Second, I used a 2B by Cretacolor for the midtones and reflected light areas. If the pencil has an H grade anywhere, I only use them for the lights. The last pencil I used was a Kimberly 2H. Go from softest to hardest graphite.

4. The paper leaves white specks when shading so you can use toilet paper or a stump.
