🎾 About the Project 🎾
Our client is a groundbreaking event in the padel world. You will work with an international team for an exciting and brand new project that honours the love for the sport.

Role Responsibilities
Strategize with the account lead on long term content opportunities and progression of the brand channels / social strategy.
Curate content to be posted and within a set process and calendar.
Ideate and present ad hoc social campaigns that align with client objectives and are rooted in audience and cultural insights.
Collaborate in the execution of the content calendar.
Manage online conversations and engage with the community.
Monitor trends in social networks to keep the different platforms updated, not only with content already created or curated.
Analyse content performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to provide actionable insight informed by performance data.
Comfortable using social-native tools directly on the platforms (ie. Instagram & Story, TikTok)

Requirements & Skills:
2-3 years experience working in social media
Advance knowledge of what content works for TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
Ability to adapt messages to suit different audiences, to continuously create new content and to write copy for multiple formats
Curious personality and you are always looking to see how other brands are engaging communities through digital content.
Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout, Sprinklr, Later.
Experience working in the Sports industry in a similar position (padel industry is a mega +)
