Whay You’ll Be Doing
As the agency is immersed in a moment of transformation, we are working in a new communication strategy so we are looking for someone capable to lead and adapt this new brand direction into Social Media and take our communities to the next level.
The Social Media and Content Creator Manager will be in charge of leading the communication in social media channels, showing our achievement to attract Talents & Potential clients. We are looking for someone with background running social media. Is fundamental to have experience in creating engagement and growth, designing compelling storytelling and powerful tone of voice and copywriting; also inbound marketing strategies to increase brand visibility worldwide (Europe).

Responsabilities
Build a new Strategy for social media, aligned with the new brand direction, managing content (photos and videos) with a multimedia designer reporting to you, proposing new actions to engage our community.
You will work closely with the Art Director guidance in the content creation to ensure visual identity alignment in all channels.
Create new strategies to expand our brand visibility in social media, activate new communities and assure brand awareness worldwide.
Generate Actions to increase our performance, KPIs, and adapting the strategy into sales conversion, working with digital teams to communicate promotions.
What you will need to be successful:
· Min. 3-4 years as a Social Media manager & Content Creator in a fashion or lifestyle brand.
· Native English (ideally) or proficiency with proven experience running English social media accounts.
· Expertise in creating storytelling and compelling copies in English.
· knowledge in inbound marketing.
· A ‘doer’ attitude and creative thinker.
· Master in social media strategy and social media tools.
