Brand Marketing & Content Creator

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our Brand Marketing team in San Justo de la Vega, León. This role will be key in supporting our content, e-commerce, and brand campaign initiatives, helping strengthen our digital presence and customer experience.
We are especially looking for someone who is very active on social media, who feels comfortable on camera, and who can show strong creativity—especially in English—as part of our selection process.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and update content across digital platforms.
- Support the creation of visual and written content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in influencer initiatives, managing follow-ups and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the team to execute brand campaigns that are consistent and aligned with the global strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and propose improvements.
- Provide support in marketing and PR projects according to team needs.

Requirements:

- Junior level: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or e-commerce.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Creativity and the ability to produce engaging content.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Very active on social media and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity during the selection process—especially through content in English.
- Basic understanding of influencer strategies and online collaborations.
- Strong organizational and project-tracking skills.
