I can't ever remember not loving art in an intense way, but for many years I've also doubted my ability as intensely as I've loved images. I'm finding my way back though. I used to craft and blog at melstampz. Still looking for my personal style and returning to free-form work. I'd like to find my way back to the childlike freedom and fear-free self expression that I had when I was very young, carving into the soft fragrant wood of my Mom's good cedar trunk with a fork to watch multiple lines of art form... trying to sell my crayon drawings for $5.00 door to door in the 80's. I'm ready to play again! <3
