Mac Mini M1 Big Sur 11.3.1 problemas y reinicios

Saludos a toda la Comunidad. Debido a que ya pregunté en los foros de Apple y no tengo respuesta, doy el paso y publico información que espero sea de utilidad para encontrar una solución.

Problema: desde que instalé la versión 11.3 de Big Sur, mi Mac Mini M1 pierde el bluetooth, las aplicaciones se cierran solas (Spotify, Cinema 4D...). El finder a veces se queda congelado y sin responder. La pantalla se pone negra y al rato (minutos) el Mac se reinicia o soy yo quien tiene que forzar el reinicio.

Os pongo aquí el análisis del sistema. Contacté con Apple y me dijeron que no se trata de un fallo de hardware, si no que el problema está en las apps que estoy usando... que las mantenga actualizadas... Sin comentarios.
