The Assembly Bakery is the new kid on the Bristol baking scene with some pedigree. Born and raised in the Old Market Assembly they cut the apron strings in 2017, moved out and got their own place in West Street, Bristol.

Their values are sustainability, support of local suppliers and small businesses and the value of tradition and handmade products.

Through this campaign online, also advertised in our venues we passed from 700 organic followers to 1100.

The idea of it was to create more traffic in our social channels, get exposure and organic followers and promote the sale of sourdough with a instaphoto competition using the hashtag #useyourloaf
