Trial & error to success

After a long time practicing and feeling of making my ideal week for this week 7, 2025. It's hard when you have unexpected meetings or visitors at the office with problems to solve. During this week I could manage my time properly and hang few meetings and visitors with problems.

I've been using Notion and Notion Calendar to organize my ideas, notes, and my calendar. Notion Calendar is integrated to Google Calendar and as a result with apple calendar, having all together and connected.

I know at first is hard to organize an agenda, especially when you work in an office at an educational environment full unexpected things everyday. Students, teachers, and other things happen all the time. When the time comes and you have learned after all the mistakes, the trials and the unexpected things, a prototype of ideal calendar can finally work. Don't give! At the end we can manage our time properly and having the way to face unexpected events or meetings in our planned week or month. There are tons of apps and softwares to reach this goal and plan perfectly our week, months, quarters and fulfill our task and projects.
