‘Hopeful’

I made this artwork after experiencing a hard break up and having to live alone after a long time of living with my ex-partner. I was feeling like it was the end of the world, but I also wished to see the bright future ahead of me.

I carefully selected the color combination I used in this artwork, as I wanted it to portray my mood at that time.

The girl is looking to the beautiful world out of the dark room is exactly how I felt back then.

P.S. I never had a cat, but it is known as a lonely person’s pet.
