This is beautiful. Did you use a denim shirt as a basis or did you make a completely new blouse with remnants that have shibori embroidered on it?
I made a shirt in japanse cotton and then I embroidered different pieces in sashiko and sewed them on the shirt. So the shirt has a kind of lining
