YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

Our Brand Design team is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to support our global UA and retention efforts with creating outstanding creatives.
Designers work directly with the Marketing Department which is one of the key departments at Glovo, therefore you will be directly working on educating, creating and demonstrating the value that Glovo has for the user.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving skills and should be highly motivated for working in a fast-paced environment.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

Coordinate and manage global campaigns, seeking innovation and keeping up to date with the latest trends in the industry
Ensure brand consistency
Translate ideas into all sorts of videos
Propose new creatives and video templates
Refresh old content and create new video effects
Collaborate and coordinate with all internal stakeholders from design to marketing teams
Create advertising creatives for all acquisition channels (social and display networks)
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

YOU HAVE:

5+ years of proven experience in a high-performance start-up environment and a strong portfolio
Expert with standard mobile and social story video formats
Knowledge of Adobe CC: High level of Premiere and After effects. Good level of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop too. Other design programs are a plus
Design ninja with principles of animation & motion
Ability to work on several projects at the same time and work with tight deadlines
Capable of following guidelines and playbooks but trying to give new points of view
A keen eye to detail. Each frame has 24 pictures or more!
Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
Comfortable working in high growth start-up with a fast paced environment
Experience managing small teams of designers is a plus
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
