Senior Art Director

Within the Creative Studio department, the Senior Art Director leads the visual identity of the campaigns or events within the portfolio (and aims to execute it her/himself), proposes ideas for experiential marketing activations, and partners with all the departments of the agency (accounts, social media and events production) to deliver excellent work.
This position is for our Madrid Office.

Responsibilities:

Understand clients needs, and ensure that their desired message and image are conveyed to consumers in the best graphical way.
Design and supervise the overall visual aspects of campaigns or events, executing on and off advertising creatives, making sure that all the possible touchpoints are perfectly coordinated to keep the best in class customer journey.
Propose out of the box activation ideas for events that create excellent brand experiences.
Work closely with the accounts, production and social media teams to coordinate priorities and give high quality and timely outputs.

Requirements:

Passionate about design and the advertising industry; constantly self updated with trends.
With a minimum of 5 years in advertising/marketing agencies.
Proven track record designing key arts and executions for on and off creativities: branding, webs, OOH, newsletters, banners, social content (stories and animated posts), client presentations.
Creativity both to propose conceptual ideas and graphic conceptualisation of campaigns.
Expert in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Nice to have: Experienced in UX and response, and video editing (After Effects, Motion Graphics).
Knowledge of social media visual language.
Experience at shootings to determine what sets will be needed and what style or look the sets should have.
English: conversational.
