Camping is a small-but-mighty brand storytelling & video agency based in Barcelona, helping B2B tech companies transform from 'boring' to heartfelt through brand & video storytelling. We're seeking an exceptional Account Manager who is a master of client relationships and a champion of strategic growth.
This is a 6-month full-time position with possibility to stay longer. You'll be the strategic bridge between our clients and creative team, responsible for nurturing long-term partnerships with a globally recognized leader in the workflow automation space.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain strategic client partnerships
• Develop account strategies and drive revenue growth
• Oversee project coordination and service delivery
• Facilitate strategic communication and reporting
Requirements:
• 4-5+ years account management experience in creative agencies or video production
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Understanding of creative workflows and video production processes
• High level fluency in English
• Must be able to live and work in Barcelona, Spain
What we offer:
• Gross yearly salary of 36,000€-44,000€ (depending on experience)
• 4-day workweek with Fridays off (on trial)
