Graphic Designer and Illustrator

WeDo | Project Intelligence Made Easy SL, is a young company dedicated to the development and application of well-thought-out tools and clear work processes for complication-free management and engagement strategies in complex distributed research projects. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Graphic & Creative Designer who wants to join our team.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Produce content that adheres to the company's and projects’ guidelines for web, social media, printed materials, and other supports as required.
- Design logos and develop branding images in collaboration with both the CCO and the illustrator.
- Develop materials implementing the project branding: high-impact presentations, reports, infographics, newsletters, banners, booklets, flyers, roll-ups, and various printed materials.
- Manage video and digital photography for social media effectively.
- Design websites tailored to each project's graphic image.
- Design and edit materials (videos, images, designs) adapted for different social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok), including animations, music, subtitles, etc., while considering each project's strategy.
- Monitor metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support with everyday creative tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Problem-solving and creative approach (proposal development from briefing to final art).
- Proven experience in similar positions.
- Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of production processes using industry-standard photo, audio, and video editing software.
- Extensive knowledge of both pre-printing and printing.
- Ability to adapt to different stakeholder profiles and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Multidisciplinary, proactive, positive, and responsible profile.
- Ability to manage various social media networks.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.
- Up-to-date personal social media presence and work portfolio.
- Availability to travel and attend events.

WHAT DO WE OFFER:
- Full-time position with an initial 6-month contract that will become permanent if both the individual and the company are a good fit.

- Annual gross salary: €23,000.
