What's included in this course?
You'll begin the course by getting to know Rosario better, how she began decorating with paintings, and her influences and sources of inspiration: stores, decorators, blogs, Instagram accounts, and others.
In the second unit, you'll go deeper into the world of framing by learning about the different types and forms that exist; Rosario will give you her best advice so you know what to ask the framer of your future paintings. You'll see how everything can be framed, from photos to objects; you'll learn valuable tips to achieve excellent frameworks taking into account the variety of backgrounds and spaces.
Next, you'll be introduced to the different decoration styles and you'll learn to recognize and identify which elements define each of them. In addition, you'll see different alternatives to make the walls of your home come together.
You'll see the importance of solving each case in a personalized way and, for this, you’ll come to understand certain specific questions that you can ask yourself or the people you'll work with.
Before entering the practical part, Rosario will teach you how to define and structure your composition taking into account distance, height, and relationship with other objects; also how to hang pictures and some more tips. Finally, you'll enter the practical part: you’ll get your hands dirty by creating your own composition with paintings!
What is this course's project?
You'll decorate a wall of your house with pictures taking into account its defining traits, the redistribution possibilities of the different elements and, in the process, defining your own style to decorate the space to your liking.
