“In this lesson, you're going to learn about the different file formats in Photoshop. and maybe most importantly, how to save your files and retain your layers. Let me show you. When you have finished working with the file, it's very important that you consider the file format that you're saving it in. My advice is to always save your original document as a PSD or a Photoshop document. PSD file supports everything that we can do in Photoshop and of course most importantly it will retain.
