We will go to the layers panel and in Adjustment Layers we will choose Hue & Saturation. As you see this setting shows three sliders. With the first I modify the color. If I move this slider to the left or right, the color hue will change. With the second slider I modify the saturation. If I move the whole slider to the left, we can see that the color desaturates.
