Nacho Yagüe began his career as a concept artist working for different Spanish studios, including Tragnarion and GRIN, where he participated in projects such as Wanted: Weapons of Fate. He continued his career at Ubisoft Barcelona, serving as art director and concept artist. By 2011, he had begun working abroad, taking part in the development of Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation at Ubisoft Sofia in Bulgaria.
He also worked as a senior concept artist at Ubisoft Toronto through 2017, creating the artwork for renowned video games such as Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Assassin's Creed Unity, and Watch Dogs 2. He later returned to Barcelona to join Gameloft as the studio's art director.
