Portrait inspired by Milo from the movie "The Mask" (1994). I loved all Jim Carrey movies when I was a kid and this one was my all-time favorite (together with "The Thruman Show"). I tried to recreate the suit that he uses but this time for his quadruped co-star.
The complete piece was made with 41 colors of cotton threads (DMC & Anchor) on cotton fabric (Bella Solids by Moda Fabrics) with appliqués of the same type of fabric and polka-dot-print Polyester fabric.
