It was wonderful. Especially the daily gratitude creation part motivated me. I started keeping a special diary just for this reason.

A rather basic course with prompts on how to establish a daily sketchbook practice, but nothing surprisingly new. I would recommend this course to someone new to sketchbook art.

Die verschiedenen Aufgaben geben Inspiration.
Den letzten Teil mit procrate oder fotoshop brauche ich nicht.
Auch sind bei den Materialien keine Pinsel im Einsatz, die Liste ist eher irreführend.
Die Sprecherin ist sympathisch. Ich würde gerne noch mehr Lektionen haben.

Nauczyłam się dzięki temu kursowi, że nie trzeba umieć rysować, żeby móc czytelnie i wartościowie zilustrować swój dzień.Utwierdziłam się też w przekonaniu, że prowadzenie notatnika wspiera pracę nad uważnością i wdzięcznością. Nauczyłam się przydatnych ćwiczeń, które pozwalają mi fajnie rysunkami opisać dzień, ulubione rzeczy... I z radością wracać do tego w przyszłości. Bardzo polecam.

Ive enjoyed this course very much. It works well for people who sit down now and then to do their art, not ideal, but still very fun and interesting ! I like the soft tone of voice this instructor uses.

Wonderful course. I have wanted to keep an illustrative journal for a long time but was intimidated by the drawing process. I am grateful for the way she purposefully makes her drawings simple, and brings them to life by her colors. It lets me enjoy and rest in the process.
