Bacho Gogolashvili

I'm a visual arts teacher working in Cambridge and IB programs in the British Georgian Academy, Tbilisi. I've been teaching visual art for last 10 years to the students of all ages. I love books and have always been drawn to illustrating stories and fairytales, but never had time to dedicate myself to it. So I decided to get closer to my goal with smaller steps instead. That's why I believe this course will help me to start somewhere without worrying about the bigger achievements. I also want to incorporate some good ideas from these courses into my teaching practice.
Before I started working in the field of education I was creating art and exhibiting in different galleries in Auckland and Tbilisi. I've graduated BFA in the University of Auckland NZ and my painting are mostly around such themes as spirituality, magic, mythology, literature and music.
