Madeleine Seemann

I consider myself an artist since my childhood. I always loved drawing and painting (with coloured pencils and graphite). In In my early years I was good at portraits but somehow my talent "vanished" as I didn't practise that much anymore. Later as teen I discovered acryl in the art courses of our local community center and my artist name Alantya was born. For ten years now I paint with watercolours and learned to love that medium yet haven't mastered it. I always wanted to take a career as artist or illustrator or concept artist for games but different issues brought me to the social sector. I graduated as a nurse for elderly care and work in an home intensive care from 2017-2021. Since November 2021 I work in a big retirement home during the night. Being an artist is one of my hobbies I spend most time and money for. I do little commissions and hope to build it up a little more. I also try digital painting with photoshop and corel painter and have some subjects on my bucket list to try out (mostly graffiti and airbrush but also acrylic pouring) and always try to learn new techniques, repeat/regain long lost knowledge and become better and more professional.
