Ted Samuel

I am a solution-oriented data analyst, communications specialist, voice-over artist and musician, with a background in Information Technology.

Having begun my professional career as a full-time artist with a group called Recapp, I assisted in the production as well as performances of Recapp in over 5 major award shows with over 2 albums nominated each year from 2013-2018. I had a hand in winning a total of 4 awards, before taking an interest in Communications and Analytics.

Later that year, I switched to being a part-time voice-over artist and Analyst for a Kenyan-Ethiopian based ride-hailing app and later, joining The Retirement Benefits Authority's Corporate Communications Department.

As fate would have it, I found myself back into the Analyst world when joining Yoco as a Customer Experience Data Analyst. I have the opportunity to work with a number of small and medium-sized businesses in Kenya & South Africa and, ultimately, having a hand in helping them thrive.
In everything, I do it with the utmost care and precision, enjoying every moment all the more while extending a helping hand.
