    Hello to all. Thank you to the course instructor, Ms. Katarzyna Kmiecik. I appreciated the guided coursework with step-by-step practice examples and opportunities. In addition to expert instructional guidance, this end of course work, Sunburst was influenced by Paul Clark, Javid Tabatabaei, Nita Engle, Phil Metzger, and Nitin Singh.
    My goal was firstly to experience sunlight bursting from the painted page. Design elements included protecting white spaces with masting fluid, and mixing brush types. I used a synthetic 3/4-inch mop, #11 round, and #3 dagger brush. Consideration was given to foreground and background composition, moody color choices, distance awareness, texture, softening edges, and final details. Thank you for a great watercolor course.
