  Good job. The gradients are very good, I like the contrast you gave to the volumes. I recommend you study a little better volumes and shadows of the anatomy of the face so that you can work better on the shadows. As for the hair, you can better draw the lines so that the detail that it is hair is better noticed. I really like the glass, the neck and the very pretty bone hand. You've handled the highlights very well.
  In general it has been a very good job.
  You could take a better photo with good lighting to better appreciate the work done
