Hi There!
I am a Chef and restauranteur on the island of Kea in the Cyclades. I was born in London where I trained as a Chef later on but returned to my childhood home on Kea to open a restaurant named Kylix. the photos above are of the views from the balcony! From early on in my culinary career I realised that food is only one component of the restaurant experience, firstly by observing the impact of professional, well trained Front of House staff, and later realising the huge impact Restaurant Design has on the experience, both aesthetically and fumctionally.
