Hi!

My name is Krystyna, and I am an illustrator from Poland.
My life has been always circulating between art and music. For 10 years I have been working as an opera singer, but finally, I have decided to follow my biggest passion and start working as a full-time illustrator, and- here I am!

I am grateful and proud of my experience on the stage, as it helped me to understand building character from a scratch, developed my storytelling skills, and give wide knowledge about all elements, which story needs: setting, costumes, props, timeline. Now I have strong basics for giving strong fundaments of your story and translating text material into visual language.

Usually, I am working digitally, but I love creating art with watercolor, ink, and oils. I also love experimenting with combining these techniques together. As for the style, I am quite flexible. I was working on more cartoony or comic illustrations, as well as more realistic pieces. I have finished the Contemporary School of Fine Arts which gave me a lot of possibilities to develop different styles and techniques. I am constantly polishing my skills by participating in different art courses.

I understand that every story is unique and one of a kind. We all are different and have different stories to tell. For me every project is special. I put all my heart and creativity into every illustration. I value communication as it helps me understand your needs, what do you want to tell with your story.
