Manuela Moulian is an Art Director specialising in information Design and Communication, who has obtained a master's degree in “Design and Communication” from the Elisava School, Barcelona, 2017.

Manuela works for “Digital future Society”, “BIT hábitat”, “Barcelona City Council”, “Esade", “La Caixa Foundation” and as a consultant in marketing and product design at “Weaveworks” (GitOps company)

Information design:
Manuela participated in the creation of an automated infographic system, to communicate the achievements for the Government of Chile, in its five strategic areas. Subsequently, she has designed a platform for data analysis in the “Decoding European Creative Skills” research project at Elisava School. Moreover, she designed a platform for the report of the “United Nations Financing System”. She has created infographics for the fields of culture and science, to include “The Standout Mural” made for the recently remodelled offices of Filmin.es (a online cinema content platform). Moreover, she designed the annual report of the Observatory of the Sustainable Development Goals of “Esade” and the “La Caixa Foundation”.

Communication:
Manuela has worked on numerous formats for communication projects for international clients to include “Barcelona Activa”, “Barcelona Tourism”, “Polytecchnic University of Catalonia”, “Organizanisation of the American States” and “Bank of Interamerican Development”.

Editorial design:
She has worked in various studios in Barcelona to include “Cases i Associats”, “Feriche Black”, “B-Guided”, among others. She has been Art director for the “National Geographic” and “Architecture & Design” magazine for “RBA Group”. As an independent Art director, Manuela has worked for several publishing companies to include “Planeta”. More significantly, she also published her first graphic novel Sofía Caza Palabras (Lom Press, Chile and Denmark).

Awards
In 2010 she won a Laus Graphic Design Award for the design of the website “Barcelonavisio”.
